All of our bags undergo comprehensive quality and durability tests before leaving the factory. If you purchase one of our bags, you can rest assured it will remain intact for several years.

We stand behind all of our products by offering a convenient One-Year Limited Warranty with each purchase. That means if your item breaks, falls apart, or malfunctions under normal use within the first twelve (12) months of your purchase – we’ll replace it free of charge. No questions asked!

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all of our products. To qualify for a Full-Refund all items must be returned in original condition and shipped back to the address of origin. We credit refunds back to your original payment method. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear back on your account. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using US Postal Service First Class to save money. You don’t have to use FedEx or another expensive carrier.

EMLshop is hosted on the popular Shopify e-commerce platform which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. By default, this means that the Cool-jams store is automatically PCI compliant. What does that mean? Well, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) was adopted by the Payment Card Industry Council in 2005 with the aim of protecting cardholder data used during online payments. It’s backed by American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa. As a result, you can rest assured that you’re protected when shopping in our virtual store.

Yes, we have inventory here in the United States. In fact, our fulfillment center is in Miami, Florida.

Since we’re an online business, we rely on wholesalers to get into brick-and-mortar stores. 

We have wholesalers in Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay. Now, we’re actively seeking wholesalers in the USA.

Shipping

Immediately after you place an order, our system automatically emails you a notification email detailing your ordered items, shipping & billing addresses, and the total amount charged. Then, we print the shipping label, and you get a second email with the US Postal Service tracking number. Orders ship within 1 business day.

We currently deliver to throughout the United States.

We don’t have automated deliveries outside of the US, although we’re currently working on including other countries. 

If you want to place an order from another country please send an email to infous@emlshop.com, and we’ll quote the delivery cost.

Deliveries within the continental US over $75 are FREE.

It costs $6 to deliver smaller items throughout the US, while larger items cost $9.90.

We typically ship all items from our facility in Florida within 1 to 2 business days.

EML shop offers free ground shipping on purchases over $75 for addresses within the continental United States. From Florida, it typically takes 3 to 4 days for these items to arrive.

We also offer expedited shipping for an extra price. With this option, your product will arrive in 2 to 3 days after processing. We will provide you with the tracking information as soon as we ship your item(s).

If your item arrives and you realize that you chose the wrong model or color, you're welcome to ship it back and exchange it for your intended product. Simply repack and ship the item to 12480 NW 25th St Suite 115Miami FL 33182. Then, please write an email to infous@emlshop.com detailing what product you wish to exchange it for and make sure to include your return shipping address. Exchanges typically re-ship within 3 to 5 days after we receive them.
